Syrielle Montariol is a CNRS researcher at MLIA since February 2026. She obtained her PhD at University Paris-Saclay in 2021, with a thesis on probabilistic and neural models of semantic change. She was a post-doc at INRIA Paris (Almanach team) and EPFL (Switzerland), and a visiting researcher at NII (Japan), JSI (Slovenia) and UC Berkeley (USA). Her research focuses on multilingual and multimodal language models.
